My favourites, in order, are Starfox, Inindo, Contra 3, Megaman X, and Judge Dredd.

mine has to be Secret of Mana, without doubt, the variety of bosses, the soundtrack, and free choice of three characters and countless weapons certainly fits my taste. As in any game you develop a fav taste for, either weapon, character of bosses, one you fancy more than the rest, and music you find more funky than the others. In Secret of Mana, I am the original Hero you start out with, lashing out at every foe with the whip, my fav boss is the Lich, and he has also the coolest soundtrack supporting his "fearsome" appearance, he is on my avatar as well
No other game can beat it, nor Zelda nor Megaman, thus I am fully aware of how many would say the contrary lol

aye there are, I agree, thus there is some of them that differ from the others, even though most SNES games are unique and favorable in their own way, I agree on Zelda as well, them games have always had a place in my heart, you favor all the Zelda's or just one in particular?

hard to pick out just one eh hehe, I am with you on that one, Ocarina is one of my special favorites , though the majority of them has the same charm so any of the games would be a truly wonderful gaming experience. I played some on the Advance, and the GB Color that really had me in its own world for a time, Rod of Seasons and Rod of Time I think it was, the games were connected in a way where you could bring your save file from the one game to the other and continue your story, and the other way around, a bunch of opportunities and so many charming settings that still leaves me faithful to the games
