I would have to say... believe it or not either Contra or Super Mario Bros. The only reason I don't say Zelda is because It doesn't lead you where to go and althouhg I love, it's not a game a can sit down and just play, I have to be in the mood.

most correct, Zelda is not a game that leads you straight to where you need to go, you need to use your brain at the same time, however the clues should lead you enough, but it is not something you can just sit down and play, I've made the same observation

I agree! Mega Man music has definately got to be the best, I'm even listening to some right now.

Yes, I am partial to Flashmans level on Megaman 2 or Pharaohman on 4's and of course the Megaman 3 gameover/password screen.

My massive video game hobby officially began on the NES. My favourite game for the system would have to be super mario USA (known as mario 2 over here, an improved remake of yume kojyo: doki doki paniku). Second would be megaman 2, third is mario 3. 4: teenage mutant ninja turtles 2, the arcade game, 5: bionic commando, 6: river city ransom, 7: that soccer game with river city ransom characters in it, 8: excite bike
