Default Name of game help

Hi! I'm new to the forum. I'm in need of a little help. I had this one SNES game when I was a kid. I remember the cartridge having a castle, and theres like a storm around it (sounds silly I know lol). And I remember when playing the game its like an RPG. I only got so far in the game, I've been looking everywhere for it, I need somebodys help. Thank you.
