What game is this?

I was wondering about one game I played long ago, I tried to search various terms on google but couldn't get an answer. Here is what can I say from my memory:

You control small robot on some kind of wheels, going around (jumping and shooting). It's sort of platformer. Game has extraordinary nice music with very colorful backgrounds if i remember well. I can recall level with space and/or one with water but not quite sure. First boss is bit oversized car.
