i recall playing this game when i was little,cant remember the name though.
you play a blue armored guy with a gun ( and its not megaman ) he doesnt have a helmet,brown hair.all i can remember.

what were the enemies like? monsters? robots? armored guys?

was it 2D sidescrolling, 3D overhead view?

If you remember playing the game I'm sure there's more than just some blue dude with a gun that you remember...else you wouldn't want to play it again lol.
