What is the name of this game?

ok i don't know how descriptive i can be here, i haven't played this game in about 8 years or so. but i just remember this old n64 game and i think it may have involved a dog.....but you would go around and there would be things like sheep, and you could change to and control them to get further and if you needed to you could control a ram and bust through a fence, and there were other animals too.... i haven't had any luck at all searching this on google but if someone on here could help me out i would appreciate it soo much!
