What game is it?!

So im looking for this game i used to play.....2 players, both looking like humans..and the game was side-ways like supermario, and you kill stuff like any other action game xD...and one thing i remember is that you had a special power where i think you pressed A+B together you would make a lightning storm of such and it would damage everything on the screen, but you lost half hp i think whenever u did that move..sorry if i dont have too much info hope someone recognizes it!
